The German company Wibu-Systems AG has been nominated for the 2006 Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany
with their hardware CM-Stick/M. This is the only official design award in Germany and the Federal Minister of Economic
Affairs offers this reward. In February 2006, twenty Silver Awards and 5 Gold Awards will be handed out for the outstanding
products in the areas of product design and communication design in Frankfurt.

On June 22 the Linux community will meet for four days to share information and ideas at LinuxTag and the corresponding
conferences in Germany. The security specialist Wibu-Systems AG are represented at booth B122 this year and will focus
on the topics of software protection and license management. The centerpiece of their product range will be the new versions
of the software protection solutions Wibu-Key and CodeMeter. The enhancements made to the Linux versions vastly improve the
previous functionalitity providing a platform independent solution that is also available on Windows and Mac OS.

The German security specialist Wibu-Systems AG starts a new partnership to provide their state-of-the-art
software protection and content protection solutions in Benelux. The partnership will be with the company
Wibu-Systems N.V. founded by Marcel Hartgerink who has 17 years experience in software protection.
The software protection Wibu-Key, the Digital Rights Management solution CodeMeter and the document
protection SmartShelter make up the product set offered by this partnership.

From April the German companies WEB.DE, provider of the largest internet portal in Germany, and Wibu-Systems
AG, provider of software protection solutions will link up to promote and sell the CM-Stick. The first 10,000
club members, who opt for a DSL package of WEB.DE, will get the CM-Stick with its versatile security functions as a free of charge handsel together with their order.

module used for Digital Rights Management (DRM) will be made available in the following quarter. CodeMeter was introduced last year

The German company Wibu-Systems AG will accept an award of the international design competition
"iF product design award" at CeBIT 2005 for its computer hardware CM-Stick. In 2005, a total of
2,322 participants from 31 countries have applied for the sought-after design prize that will be
placed for 542 products this time.

as finalist for its revolutionary product, CodeMeter. This year's competition marks the twentieth anniversary for the
Codies and will be hosted by the American "Software and Information Industry Association" (SIIA, www.siia.net) in
appreciation of the world's best products and services in the software industry. CodeMeter has been nominated in the
category "Best Digital Rights Management Solution: Software".
